The senior section consists of 65 members with the qualifying age of 60.
The full annual fixture card consists of 7 monthly medals and 7 monthly stableford competitions as well as 4 major trophies, a Cyder Cup 3 day competition and the Senior's Open which attracts 36 teams from the three counties.
29 matches are played during the year against teams from Dorset, Somerset and Devon.
Roll up days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and interclub contests take place in various formats depending on the number of players. In addition various charity matches take place in conjunction with the Ladies section.
The Annual Dinner is held on Friday 7th November and precedes the AGM held this year on Friday 14th November .
The section is a very friendly one and all new members are welcome for the sum of £3 per annum.
